Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

We are a wholesale supplier of built-to-order aluminum sign products, based at 10108 Industrial Dr., Pineville, NC 28134. Privacy questions can go to [email protected] or 1-800-779-7947.

2. Information you give us

You can submit information to us through three places on the Site:

• Quote & contact form (/contact) — we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, your message, and any optional file attachments (images or PDFs) you choose to upload. The newsletter checkbox, when checked, also tells us you want to opt in to our email list.
• Newsletter signup (on the About and FAQ pages) — we collect the email address (and any other fields you fill out) that you submit to our Constant Contact signup form.
• Printed-catalog request (linked from the FAQ) — we collect the shipping address and contact information you provide on the Microsoft Forms request form so we can mail you a printed catalog.

We also receive the contents of any email you send to [email protected] or other addresses we publish.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider Netlify automatically logs basic technical information about each request for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. This typically includes your IP address, the page or asset requested, the date and time of the request, your browser type, and the referring page. This information is server-side only and is not tied to your identity unless you submit information to us elsewhere.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, any third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels, or any first-party analytics product on the Site. If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will update this Policy and identify the provider here.

The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party services (see Section 6) may set their own cookies on their domains when their content loads in your browser; those are governed by the third party’s own privacy policy.

4. How we use your information

We use what you submit to us to:

• Respond to your quote request, contact inquiry, or catalog request.
• Prepare written quotations and, if you become a customer, fulfill orders, ship products, and provide ongoing support.
• Send you the email newsletter, if you opted in. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security issues on the Site.
• Comply with applicable law (including tax and export-control obligations associated with sales).

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Who sees your information at OPP

Inside OPP, only employees and contractors who need access in order to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, or maintain the Site can see information you submit. We share information with the third-party service providers described in the next section, and we may disclose information when required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order) or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OPP or others.

6. Third-party services we use

The Site relies on the following third parties, each of which may process information about your visit or your submissions on our behalf:

• Netlify (hosting). Serves the Site, processes contact form submissions through Netlify Forms (storing form fields and any uploaded images or PDFs in our Netlify account), and handles administrative login through Netlify Identity for staff who manage Site content. Netlify’s privacy practices are at netlify.com/privacy.
• Constant Contact (email newsletter). Hosts our inline newsletter signup widget and stores subscriber email addresses in our list. Constant Contact’s privacy notice is at constantcontact.com/legal/privacy-statement.
• Google (Maps embed). We embed a Google Map of our location on the contact page. When that resource loads, Google may set cookies and log request metadata under Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Forms). The printed-catalog request linked from the FAQ is hosted by Microsoft Forms; submissions go to a list maintained by OPP and are governed by Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
• Decap CMS (loaded from unpkg). Used by OPP staff to edit Site content; visible only on /admin and gated behind Netlify Identity. Loading the Decap script causes a request to unpkg, a public CDN.

These providers act as service providers / processors under U.S. state privacy laws — they handle information on our instructions to deliver the Site and its features.

7. Your choices

• Newsletter: every newsletter we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will remove you.
• Access, correction, deletion: write to us at the email above and we will, on reasonable request, tell you what information we have associated with your contact details, correct it, or delete it — subject to records we are required to retain (for example, completed sales-order documentation under applicable tax law).
• Cookies and embeds: you can use your browser settings or extensions to block cookies and third-party content. Doing so may prevent the embedded map or newsletter form from loading; the rest of the Site will continue to work.

State-specific notice. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), you may have additional rights under that law, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of your personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a state-specific right, contact us at the email above and identify the state where you reside; we will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law.

8. How long we keep information

• Contact-form submissions (including any attachments) are retained in Netlify Forms while they remain useful for responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote, or supporting an order, and are then deleted on a periodic basis.
• Newsletter subscriptions remain in our Constant Contact list until you unsubscribe.
• Catalog-request entries in Microsoft Forms are retained until the catalog has been mailed, then deleted on a periodic basis.
• Server logs are retained by Netlify for the period set by their service.
• Sales records tied to a completed order are retained as required by tax, accounting, and contract law.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and information you submit is transmitted in transit using standard TLS encryption. We rely on the security controls of our service providers (Netlify, Constant Contact, Google, Microsoft) for storage. We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information through the Site. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please email us at [email protected].

10. Children

The Site is intended for business customers in the sign trade and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States and the Site is operated from the United States. Our service providers are also located in or transfer data to the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email if you are subscribed to our newsletter.
