1. About us

Ornamental Post & Panel is a wholesale supplier of built-to-order aluminum sign products to the sign and digital print industry. We are based at 10108 Industrial Dr., Pineville, NC 28134. You can reach us at [email protected] or 1-800-779-7947.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for business use by sign trade professionals and prospective customers in the United States and Canada. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for those purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Scrape, harvest, or programmatically copy Site content (including product photos, catalog pages, or pricing information) without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the integrity or security of the Site or any underlying infrastructure.
• Submit content through our contact form that you do not own or have permission to share, or that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when corresponding with us through the Site.
• Use any automated means (bots, crawlers) to bypass form spam protections or rate limits.

3. Quote requests, product information, and orders

The Site is informational. Product descriptions, photos, page numbers in our catalog, and any indicative pricing or lead-time information are provided to help you scope a project; they do not constitute a binding offer to sell.

When you submit a quote request through our contact form, you are asking us to prepare a proposal. Pricing, availability, lead times, freight, custom-engineering scope, and any project-specific terms are confirmed only in a written quotation, sales order, or invoice issued by OPP. If something on the Site differs from what we confirm in writing for your order, the written confirmation controls.

The product catalog hosted at catalog.ornamentalpost.com is part of the Site and subject to these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, layout, photographs, product illustrations, written copy, and the Ornamental Post & Panel name and logo, is owned by OPP or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The OPP name, logo, and product naming are trademarks of OPP. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use those marks without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and content appearing on the Site (for example, embedded maps, social-media icons, or photographs of installed signs at named locations) are the property of their respective owners and used for identification or descriptive purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

5. Information you submit

When you submit information to us through the contact form, the newsletter signup, or the printed-catalog request form, you grant OPP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, fulfill an order, communicate with you, and operate the Site. You represent that you have the right to share any photos, drawings, specifications, or other materials you upload, and that they do not violate the rights of any third party.

How we collect, store, and share information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted on Netlify and uses several third-party services to operate, including Netlify Forms (for contact submissions and file uploads), Constant Contact (for our email newsletter), Google Maps (for the embedded location map), Google Fonts (typography), and Microsoft Forms (for printed-catalog requests). The Site also links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and to our product flipbook hosted on Netlify. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPP disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, photos, and catalog references accurate, but we do not warrant that the Site is error-free, complete, or current at all times, or that access will be uninterrupted. Specifications shown on the Site are subject to change without notice; rely on a written quotation for project decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPP and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability arising out of or related to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), excluding any separate written sales agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPP and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights through content you submit to us.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial in any such dispute.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OPP regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
